Description: A circular exhibit of 2 m diameter and 3.5 m height dominated by a specimen of Cattleya dormaniana, demonstrating a remarkable wealth of genera grown and flowered to perfection, including a number of species considered challenging to grow; three large pots focus attention on miniature species, a grouping of Paphiopedilum and a selection of genera with tall vertical inflorescences; tables of intertwined sticks and subtle, yet focused lighting create an outstanding and memorial display.

Description: One distinctive, miniature and very well formed horizontal flower and one bud on one 28.0 cm inflorescence; entire pang of diminutive proportion for the species, largest leaves 3.5 cm wide and 28.0 cm long; sepals and petals chartreuse, veined brown, suffused brown proximally; petals spathulate, chartreuse, spotted maroon on proximal half, pink distally; pouch chartreuse, veined and suffused brown; substance medium; texture glossy.

Description: One exceptionally attractive flower and four buds on one 18.0 cm inflorescence and one immature inflorescence on a 23.0 cm tall plant with largest leaves 0.8 cm wide by 13.0 cm long grown in a 11.5 cm plastic basket in New Zealand Moss; sepals and petals clear white; lip tri-lobed, side lobe white tipped medium lavender, midlobe obcordate, white blushed medium lavender, veined darker lavender, five keels extending two thirds into midlobe centrally, oxblood along keels and several radiating veins, overlaid light yellow at apical end of keels; substance firm; texture crystalline; a plant of wonderful scale and proportion. Arundina caespitosa, award .20142042, has been determined to be Arundina graminifolia by SITF ( Dec. 2014).

Description: Twenty-two flowers in exceptional condition and sixteen buds on twenty-nine inflorescences on a plant roughly 90.0 cm tall and 90.0 cm across with 40.0 cm tall pseudobulbs; sepals and petals dark red-brown, irregularly spotted darker red-brown; lip white, overlaid light pink on inrolled side lobes, midlobe overlaid deep pink; substance firm; texture glossy, midlobe velvet; plant beautifully grown with no evident leafless pseudobulbs, some leaves coated in algae.
